About Me

Nora Fenner

Welcome! I’m Nora — a 500-hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Shamanic and Reiki Practitioner with a deep love for movement, sound healing. nature, and the power of presence. I created Embodied Vibes as a reflection of my own path — one that’s taught me how to listen inward, live with intention, and reconnect to the wisdom of the body and spirit.

I believe true transformation begins when we slow down, tune in, and clear the energetic noise. My work is rooted in the rhythms of the Earth, the intelligence of the nervous system, and the power of simple, consistent habits to create real change.

With a background in yoga, meditation, energy work, and habit coaching, I guide others in releasing what’s heavy, creating space for what’s true, and aligning with what feels most alive.
